What we collect

The contact form asks for the details below. Technical request information is also processed to deliver and protect the website. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project files in your message.

• Your name and email address
• Your organisation and country, if you enter them
• The topic you select and the message you write
• The date and time of your enquiry
• Your consent choice, its date, language and policy version
• Hashed IP-address and browser user-agent values stored with the enquiry for security

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.

Rate limiting and abuse prevention

The application hashes the IP address and browser user-agent before storing them with an enquiry. The IP hash also supports a limit of five contact attempts per hourly window. A window reset is not deletion of the stored security record. Hashes remain potentially personal data; they are not described as anonymous. Hosting or network providers may process request information under their own operational arrangements, which must be confirmed before launch.

How long we keep it

A retention schedule for enquiries, consent records, security records and backups must be approved before launch. The present application does not implement automatic deletion of contact enquiries. No fixed deletion deadline is represented here as an existing service feature.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be raised through Contact while a dedicated privacy address is awaiting confirmation. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
